Notice is hereby given that the 79th Annual General Meeting of the Technological Association Malaysia (TAM), Penang Branch will be held as follow:
Date: 7th March 2026 (Saturday)
Time: 5.00pm (Registration starts on 4.30pm)
Venue: Wu Jia Restaurant, Pekaka Square, Taman Pekaka, Penang.
Kindly note that this will be a physical AGM.
AGENDA:
- Welcoming address by Ts. Soon Yin Lou, Chairman of TAM Penang Branch (2025/2026)
- To confirm the minutes of the 78th TAM Penang AGM, held on 1st March 2025.
- To receive and adopt the Annual Report 2025/2026.
- To receive and adopt the Audited Statement of Account for the financial year ending 2025.
- Introduction of TAM Penang Branch Chairman for the year 2026/2027 by Immediate Past Chairman Ts. Alex Poo Teng Soo.
- To elect TWO (2) Vice Chairmen, TWELVE (12) Ordinary Committee Members and TWO (2) Auditors for the upcoming term.
- To address matters arising, of which written notice must be submitted to the Honorary Secretary at least THREE (3) days prior to the meeting.
