NOTICE OF 75th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

In accordance to the Bylaws, notice is hereby given that the 75th Annual General Meeting of Persatuan Teknologi Malaysia Cawangan Negeri Sembilan shall be held via Google Meet (Meeting link: https://meet.google.com/ojk–mmft–wpd) or in-person at Wisma TAM, Negeri Sembilan on Saturday, 26th February 2022 at 10.00 am.
The Agenda for the Annual General Meeting is as follows:–
1. Welcoming Address by the Chairman for Session 2021/2022.
2. Confirmation of Minutes of the 74th Annual General Meeting held on 3rd April 2021.
3. Annual Report for Session 2021/2022.
4. Treasurer’s Report for Session 2021/2022.
5. Appointment of AGM Election Chairman.
6. Election of Office Bearers for Council Session 2022/2023.
7. Election of Honorary Internal Auditors Session 2022/2023.
8. Address by the Chairman for Session 2022/2023.
